COMING SOON - end of September. Sip & Tuck is a new Cafe/Bistro opening in Colchester near London. Looking for a master Barista to work on a Victoria Arduino Black Eagle! Also looking for manager, and kitchen staff. Sip & Tuck started life when I wanted to combine my property renovation skills with my background in hospitality. The school theme along with the name have been a constant ever since a university project to run my own event, based on school dinners. The decor is industrial with flooring reclaimed from the Copperbox Arena at the 2012 London Olympics, laid randomly for a splash of colour. Old graffitied science tables and chairs. Blackboards for the menus, along with blackboard tables to add your own temporary graffiti! These combine to complete the school look. I hope you enjoy the quirky venue, but more importantly our homemade treats and local produce, our "focused on flavour" coffee, speciality teas and even beers, wine and science lab cocktails.
