Our first restaurant, Maple&Fitz was opened on 1st March 2015. Our petite restaurant in Fitzrovia hosts the heart of the operations, with the kitchen downstairs producing all of our delicious goodies every day. Since then we have expanded further into Central London opening Maple&CNM this is inside the College of Naturopathic Medicine where Adria Wu (Founder & CEO) studied securing our credentials in the wellbeing industry Next was the opening of Maple&King’s. The regeneration of this Kings Cross area now means it is a thriving scene surrounded by big names such as Google, Havas, Jigsaw, Nike and Leon. Maple&King’s is also our flagship store where all staff training and meetings are held, making it the hub of the brand.
