Manon Larrieu is an Authorised SCA Trainer at Quality Cup. She is an independent coffee consultant, specializing in professional coffee training, with over 5 years' experience in the industry.

After spending a few years working for a number of leading cafés in London, she decided to move to Melbourne to pursue her career. There, she worked in high-volume independent cafés serving up to 600 drinks a day.

Fast forward to 2017, Manon decided to bring her professional expertise through consulting services, professional training (SCA Courses) as well as public masterclasses for coffee enthusiasts.
