THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced, driven and eager Account Manager to join our UK Wholesale team.

You will be excited about people, sales, speciality coffee and hospitality; and committed to ensuring an exceptional and consistent end-to-end experience for our wholesale customers.

You will be full supported by the UK Sales Manager and Head of Wholesale, but equally self-motivated and great at self-management.

The role is London-based but will require frequent travel nationally.

ABOUT YOU:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the specialty coffee industry as an Account Manager or similar position

  • Sound knowledge of coffee and a hunger to learn more.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of attention to detail.

  • Admin whiz, problem-solver, spreadsheet-lover!

  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.

  • Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality.
