Role Overview
Your role will involve the following:
- Running our small cafe space
- Making drinks for customers to a high standard
- Keeping the cafe space clean, neat and tidy with daily cleaning
- Keeping our retails display well stocked
- Assist in other areas around the roastery if needed. This could include dispatch and logistics and other general cleaning.
Skills
- Friendly and personable with excellent barista skills
- Good team working skills
- Self-motivated
- Good computer and IT skills
- Organised and professional
Experience
- Previous barista experience working with speciality coffee
- Experienced at dialling in espresso (blends and single origins) and pouring advanced latte art
- Passion for great coffee
- Interested in working for a small family-run business focused on ethical relationships with coffee producers around the world
