Milk is on the hunt for a talented Barista.

We have successfully made an impact within the London cafe industry for the last 10 years thanks to our never ending quest of developing exciting food and drink menus. We only work with the best suppliers we can possibly find and take a huge amount of pride in everything we do. This role is perfect for someone looking at honing their skills, and who wants to be involved with working in a team and making drinks and coffee to a high standard. We want to work hard to keep our standards high and be proud of what we’re putting out into the world. Skills and responsibilities:

• Confident on their speciality coffee and bean to cup knowledge.
• Highly experienced in dialling in by taste.
• Advanced latte art skills.
• Have the ability and drive to maintain high standards, organisation and cleanliness.
• Speed and energy for working in a fast paced environment.
• Multi-tasking, preparing cold drinks alongside making coffee.
• Look after the day to day operation of the bar, ensuring that quality is never comprised.
• Work with our head barista to keep on top of stock.
• Assist our Head Barista in training our front of house. It is important our waiters are engaged with our offering.
• Align with our brand values and ensure your team are upholding them.
• Having a creative input, sharing drink ideas and kombucha flavour ideas
