Elsewhere Coffee is a specialty grade coffee roaster based in South East London, focused on ethical sourcing and trading practices as well as high quality products.
We are looking to add an experienced and enthusiastic professional to head up our wholesale account team. This will require an ambitious self-starter with a deep knowledge and passion for speciality coffee. Opportunity to join a well-established operation with exciting plans for growth, presenting great potential for development in the role. We encourage the whole team to participate in the internal cupping process, and to be part of our coffee development.
Core responsibilities of this role will include:
• Wholesale Account Management
• Regular visits to existing and prospective wholesale customers
• Co-ordinate Barista training and coffee development to wholesale customers
• Troubleshooting wholsesale customer problems
