- Oversee daily operations in our roastery, including order management, packing, and dispatching.
- Manage scheduling and workflows across the production team.
- Assist wholesale clients with choosing the right coffee — balancing flavor profiles, quality, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cafés, businesses, and partners.
- Provide hands-on support for equipment — including installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining espresso machines and grinders.
- Use software tools like accounting platforms, order management systems, and design apps (e.g. Photoshop) to support operations and marketing.
- Contribute creatively through newsletters, social media content, and campaigns that share our story and connect with our community.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has solid knowledge of coffee — from farm to cup, including roasting and brewing.

Can confidently manage logistics and team schedules.

Enjoys connecting with people and has strong customer service skills.

Is comfortable using software tools and jumping between operational and creative tasks.

Has some technical ability or willingness to learn how to install and service coffee equipment. (not essential)
