Elsewhere Coffee is a specialty grade coffee roaster based in South East London, focused on ethical sourcing and trading practices as well as high quality products.
We are looking to add a proactive and personable production assistant to our Roastery HQ team. The role will cover Monday - Thursday and will involve support on our roastery brew bar in addition to core production duties
Your role will involve:
- Packing Wholesale and D2C orders, ensuring that these orders are despatched in accurate and timely fashion line with delivery schedules
- Stock taking (green coffee, roasted coffee, packaging, packing stickers, brew bar)
- Serving customers who come into the roastery to purchase retail coffee bags
- Perform barista duties for the roastery brew bar (this includes serving customers, dialling in coffee machine, preparing daily batch, V60 pour overs, cleaning machines, brew bar stock taking - milk, cups etc.)
- Support to Head Roaster as required
- General roastery cleanliness duties
- Participation in cupping sessions as required
- Event support at the roastery as required
