We are looking for an experienced coffee professional to join the team at Bones Espresso. You must have solid experience in speciality coffee and although prior experience managing a team is not essential it would be beneficial.
The role would encompass all barista duties, opening and closing procedures, maintaining high standards of customer service and to be able make a damn fine coffee even through busy rush periods. Espresso, pour over, latte art and batch brew skills all a must. As is the ability to build rapport and have a chat with customers.
This role could be part time for the right candidate if required.
We pay London Living Wage and above. Can discuss pay based on experience.
